What we’re building

Connecting capacity.
Building a market.

Compute IDB will bring buyers, sellers, and market participants together, starting with physical GPU-hour forwards in January 2027 and expanding as financial markets develop.

01 / PHYSICAL MARKETS

Secure capacity.
Put supply to work.

Brokered agreements for future GPU capacity, matched to the hardware, location, service levels, and term each counterparty needs.

  • Firm and interruptible GPU-hour forwards
  • RFQs, competitive bids, and auctions
  • Remarketing of contracted capacity
02 / FINANCIAL MARKETS

Connect physical
exposure to hedging.

A planned expansion into compute futures, swaps, and options as contracts become available, connecting physical requirements with financial risk management.

  • Institutional block brokerage
  • Exchange-for-physical transactions
  • Venue-neutral market access
03 / MARKET INTELLIGENCE

Bring clarity
to compute pricing.

Building a view of bids, offers, and forward prices by hardware, region, and term, grounded in the transactions that shape the market.

  • Forward pricing and market color
  • Hardware, location, and tenor spreads
  • A foundation for future data services
Why use a broker?

Work the market.
Protect your position.

A broker gives you reach, discretion, and perspective. Our desk is being built to put that reach, discretion, and perspective to work for you.

01 / EFFICIENCY

One call. A market-wide search.

Our desk will cover the market so you won’t have to call, text, and email counterparties one by one. We’ll gather interest, compare opportunities, and bring relevant bids and offers back to you.

02 / ANONYMITY

Show your interest.
Keep your position private.

We’ll work bids and offers anonymously during price discovery, helping you explore the market without broadcasting your identity, urgency, or broader position. Counterparties are disclosed when needed to qualify and execute the trade.

03 / INDEPENDENCE

An intermediary.
No competing position.

We’ll act as agent, never principal. We won’t own the capacity being offered or carry a trading position against you. Our role is to bring buyers and sellers together.

04 / MARKET INSIGHT

More context.
Better-informed decisions.

We’ll bring market knowledge, information, insight, and color from conversations across buyers and sellers, helping you understand pricing, availability, and where interest is developing, while protecting confidential client information.

Your information has negotiating value.

When you approach a compute marketer or merchant directly, you may reveal what you need, how urgently you need it, and the position you’re trying to manage. That information can put you at a negotiating disadvantage. A broker helps you test the market while controlling what you disclose.

The planned trading process

From requirement to agreed trade.

Buyers and sellers will contract directly. Compute IDB will bring structure and broker judgment to the process.

01

Define the need

Establish hardware, quantity, location, start date, and term, or identify capacity available for sale.

02

Qualify the trade

Review counterparties, delivery requirements, service levels, and commercial terms.

03

Find the match

Use an RFQ, competitive bidding, an auction, or direct negotiation to bring the right parties together.

04

Execute & document

Agree the transaction schedule, capture the trade, and coordinate the agreed settlement process.

Agent, never principal. Our role will be to broker the transaction. We won’t take ownership of the compute or trade against our clients.

Now we bring that experience to compute, combining commercial relationships, trading knowledge, and operational discipline with AIBES’s AI engineering capabilities.
